It was quite a morning for tow truck drivers in the Quinte Area.
The O-P-P say a number of traffic accidents were reported in the region yesterday morning, mostly vehicles sliding off highway 4-0-1.
Quinte West Firefighters went to four accidents, including a three-vehicle pileup in front of Murray Centennial School, and some people were taken to hospital with unspecified injuries,.
The snow, causing slippery driving conditions, continued off and on for the rest of the day.
