A young man has escaped after breaking into a furniture warehouse in Trenton.
Quinte West O-P-P responded early last evening after getting a report of a local resident confronting the suspect, who had stolen a piece of furniture. However, the young man fled on foot, and although officers searched the area, he wasn’t found. The furniture was returned to the warehouse. The Forensic Identification Unit arrived to collect evidence, and the investigation is continuing.
