Belleville Police responded to a report of a Prowler early this morning.
The call came from the West End around 5am.
Officers on the scene arrested an intoxicated 19 year old man from Brighton.
He had been under conditions to abstain from alcohol and abide by a curfew.
The unidentified man now faces three counts of breaching probation.
