The former base commander at C-F-B Trenton is apparently on a suicide wath at the Quinte Detentiion Centre in Napanee.
Russell Williams, charged with two counts of first degree murder and two counts of sexual assault, was put on the watch when he arrived at the jail because of what was described as his bizarre behaviour.. The Toronto Sun says he was acting as though he was a prisoner of war when he was first processed, and would give authorities only his name, rank and serial number.. The newspaper says Williams was assessed by a psychiatrist and he was deemed a possible suicide risk.
