Residents in the neighbourhood of Brighton’s Raglan Street say they are relieved following an arrest in connection with the murder of Marie France Comeau and Jessica Lloyd.
Brenda Sharp says she is just glad for Comeau’s family because it brings them closure.. She said she wasn’t really frightened after it happened, but knowing there was an arrest puts her more at ease.
