Big news expected later this morning on a story that has gripped the Quinte Region for the past 11 days. Belleville Police are calling a press conference for later this morning to unveil new developments in the Jessica Lloyd disappearance. The 27-year old was last heard from in a text message on Thursday evening January 28th. Police aren’t commenting on calls to our newsroom that a suspect has been arrested in the case. Deputy Police Chief Paul Vandegraaf says a news conference is being planned for late this morning…possibly at the Wally Dever Arena.
