Local MP Daryl Kramp is almost back from his most recent visit to China….this one more highly publicized as he was accompanying the Prime Minister. Kramp says he’s pleased with the signing of an agreement between the two countries allowing Chinese travel agents to begin marketing Canada as a holiday destination. and, Canada and China also signed a memorandum of understanding on climate change saying they will work together in areas such as energy efficiency, technology and adapt to climate change. Kramp say the two countries are cementing productive relations and securing Canada’s place on the world stage.
