A Napanee-area man charged after a suspect barricaded himself inside a home northwest of the community will stand trial on a long list of charges next spring.
Forty-seven-year-old Clifford Monahan was originally charged by Napanee O-P-P with uttering threats and breach of probation when the incident ended after several hours at a home on Glennnelm Road on June 14th.
Additional charges of three counts of sexual exploitation, three counts of sexual assault, two counts of assault, two further counts of uttering threats and other charges were laid after police investigated incidents that occured prior to the standoff.
His April trial date was set in Napanee Superior Court.
