A Belleville man has been sentended to just over a year in jail for a series of breakins.
Twenty-six-year-old Allan Laidley pled guilty in Belleville Provincial Court to two counts of break and enter, and one counts each of theft, possession of property obtained by crime and possession of breakin instruments.
He was sentenced to 392 days in jail, and will also be on probation for one year.
Laidley was charged by Quinte West O-P-P in early August in connection with seven breakins to businesses in Quinte West, Belleville and Northumberland County.
