Highway 4-0-1 Eastbound is down to one lane just West of Wallbridge-Loyalist Road.
Emergency crews are on the scene where a car rolled over around 10:15 this morning (SAT).
Quinte West Fire Chief John Whelan says a woman and her dog were driving in the car when it rolled 3 times.
The driver was taken to hospital with unknown injuries… and the dog is being taken to the vet to be looked at.
Whelan expects both lanes to be open around 11:30.
