Belleville Police are looking for the driver of a vehicle that struck a tree on Bridge Street West yesterday afternoon. The driver, described as in his 20’s, tall, slim build with dark hair and dressed in dark clothing, fled from the scene running towards Catherine Street. Further investigation revealed the plates on the vehicle were registered to another vehicle.
