There seems to be a recurring pattern for a man pulled over by Belleville Police.
Officers say they found a truck early this morning (SAT) driving erratically on North Front Street. They got the driver to pull over and arrested him for impaired driving. The driver refused to give a breath sample and was taken to the police station.
Police say it was at the station where they learned the man was already under the suspension of his license for previous impaired driving convictions.
They released him with a November date to appear in court.
The man’s driving companion was also charged for public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance…as police say they found him to be carrying marijuana.
