Charges are pending in a two vehicle collision outside Picton.
The collision happened just before 4 p.m. Saturday and sent a car and a mini-van onto a front lawn with the car crashing into a tree.
Prince Edward O-P-P, ambulance and fire crews attended the scene at the intersection of county roads 10 and 11.
The male driver of the car was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
