It was a soggy crash for an Oshawa man in Havelock.
Peterborough County O-P-P found a car half buried in a swamp on the north side of Highway seven, near County Road 30, at three o’clock this morning.
The 21-year-old driver was found a short time later in muddy, wet clothes.
He was charged with impaired driving and other offences.
