Sentencing is set for tomorrow for the second man charged in connection with the death of a Picton man just over a year ago.
Twenty-five-year-old Bradley Miller of Picton pleaded guilty on the tenth day of his trial in Picton Provincial Court to aggravated assault.
He was originally charged by Prince Edward O-P-P with second degree murder in the stabbing of Kevin Monroe at a King Street apartment building on September 20th, 2008.
The other man accused of second degree murder, 20-year-old Daniel Thompson of Picton, was sentenced to two years less a day early last month after he pled guilty to manslaughter. The Crown has launched an appeal of that sentence with the Ontario Court of Appeal.
