Brighton council will meet behind closed doors to dicuss strategy for an Ontario Municipal Board hearing in December about the Craft Development project.
The caucus session will be held on October 13th, before the next regular committee of the whole meeting.
Council will consider a report from lawyer Wayne Fairbrother with the intention of providing direction with respect to Craft’s appeal to the O-M-B.
Craft wants to change some of its original proposal to include some smaller stores and open up its anchor store tenant to more than just Canadian Tire.
