A Belleville man will learn in November whether a judge considers him guilty of dated sex offences involving young girls.
A Sault Sainte Marie report, where the trial of 76-year-old Kenneth Gibbs has been held since September eighth, says the Judge reserved his decision until November ninth.
Gibbs is charged with nine counts of indecent assault, and pled not guilty to six of them, and guilty to the other three.
The alleged incidents occured while Gibbs was an Anglican minister at churches in Chapleau and Elliot Lake from 1966 to ’80.
