A break in at Forestville, Quebec, has led to two men being arrested for the murder of a Picton woman last weekend.
After the break in arrest by police from the Surete Du Quebec yesterday(monday), it was discovered the two men were wanted by the OPP.
Charged with first degree murder are 21 year old Kevin Robert Ruttan, of no fixed address, and 32 year old Mark Edward Chapman of Picton.
26 year old Steffany Natasha Gardiner was found dead on a public beach on Lake Papineau early Saturday morning.
The accused will be returned to Ontario to appear in court.
