Prince Edward County’s Planning Public Council will once again consider an official plan amendment allowing a large residential development and golf course in Wellington.
Country Club Investments of Scarborough plans the community, with a maximum of 400 units, and the 18-hole golf facility, but needs the land designation on Belleville Street changed from rural to special residential and open space.
The issue was deferred from a Planning Public Council meeting in June to get more information.
The planning meeting begins at Shire Hall in Picton at 7-30 tomorrow night.
