An elderly woman suffered a possible broken leg and back injuries when her Sport Utility Vehicle slammed into the rear of a forklift just north of Colborne.
Northumberland O-P-P say the crash occured on Purdy Road at about 6-30 this morning.
The driver of the forklift wasn’t hurt.
There is no information yet on charges, and the investigation into the cause continues.
