A supposed noisy thief has been caught in the act in Trenton.
Quinte West OPP say they heard the thief while conducting a foot patrol near the Canadian Tire store around 1:45 a-m.
Police say the man was in the process of removing tires from a locked fence area he’d broken into.
The man ran from the officers… but they eventually caught him.
He is in police custody under charges of break and enter, possession of break-in tools and breach of probation.
