Four construction and engineering firms are in the running to build a state of the art new facility at Loyalist College. Peake Engineering of Brighton is one of the 4 bidders making presentations to College staff next week on the 16.8 million dollar sustainable skills, technology, and life sciences building. Meanwhile, to cut costs, 13 thousand square feet of space has been cut from the over 100 thousand square foot building. The cutback is not expected to effect programming. The center is to be complete by the end of next year.
