No decison yet on the request by a company planning a large cottage development in Prince Edward County that an appeal to the Ontario Municipal Board be dismissed.
Cottage Advisors and the Friends of East Lake presented their positions during an O-M-B hearing in Picton yesterday.
The Friends appealed County Council’s decison to rezone property on East Lake, where Cottage Advisors wants to build 237 cottages, and the development firm asked for the appeal to be dismissed.
Cottage Advisors official Chip Hall says an O-M-B decision is expected within a month.
