A former Prince Edward County man has been charged in connection with the death of a 56-year-old Kelly Road man four months ago.
Jeffrey Vader died on May sixth, several hours after he was hit by a vehicle while standing on the shoulder of the road near Cherry Valley.
The O-P-P, after a lengthy investigation, charged 36-year-old Erick Menard, formerly of Athol Ward, with dangerous driving causing death.
Menard, of no fixed address, will appear in Picton Court on September 30th.
