A Trenton man, who spat on a Quinte West O-P-P officer after a domestic dispute, has been sentenced to 15 months in jail.
Thirty-eight-year-old Mark Just pled guilty in Belleville Provincial Court to theft, breach of probation, assaulting police, flight from police and impaired driving.
Police responded to a domestic incident at a Trenton home on May ninth, and spotted Just leaving the scene in a van. He spat on an officer after the vehicle was stopped on Queen Street.
Just was also put on probation for 12 months, and was given a 10-year weapons prohibition and a 5-year driving prohibition.
