Still some hope the provincial governent will change its decision forcing the closure of the Licence Bureau in Belleville. The family-run business got that news earlier this month when the province announced vehicle licensing and registrations services would be transferred to the downtown Service Ontario office late next year. M-P-P Leona Dombrowsky says she has been talking with the Ministry of Government Services to get the decision reconsidered. She she appreciates all the comments she has received from the public, the vast majority opposed to the move, and she hopes to have an answer soon.
