Baymount Incorporated is back in business in Belleville. The company, which plans to build a harness racing facility and slot parlour on Bell Boulevard, has signed a letter of intent with Plaza Gaming and Entertainment Corporation . Plaza will acquire a 75-percent equity interest in the project. Baymount CEO Graham Simmonds says Plaza is an exceptional partner as they have a broad range of gaming and entertainment experience across the country. The transaction is slated to close in late September.
