Shoppers at Quinte Mall had to cool their heels outside for a while yesterday afternoon.
The mall was evacuated by firefighters because the alarm system was sounded.
There was no fire, and it’s believed someone pulled the alarm as a prank.
Everyone was allowed back inside about 10 minutes later.
