A 375-thousand dollar interior expansion has been approved for Canadian Blast Freezers in Trenton.
That was the largest construction project to get the green light at Quinte West City Hall last month.
Chief Building Official Ron Wardaugh says 54 permits for projects worth 3.1-million dollars were approved in July.
There has been 38 million-dollars in building activity in Quinte West so far this year, compared to 50.2 million at this time in 2008.
