One of the oldest commercial scams around has surfaced in Tweed.
Central Hastings O-P-P say officials from an out-of-town company approached local businesses last week, claiming it could give them great savings for paving jobs because it had leftover asphalt.
However, a larger than agreed upon bill is submitted once the work is done.
The men are driving a black Dodge pickup truck, and call themselves, James, T-J and Andrew. Anyone approached by the men is asked to call police.
