A body has been found in the Moira River in downtown Belleville this morning. City Police, Firefighters and the Indentification Unit are on the scene behind the McNabb Towers and Quinte Living Centre on Front Street. The body was spotted in the river at 11 o’clock this morning. The coroner has been called to the scene.
