Police say post-mortems will be conducted on the bodies of a mother and daughter who died after being found in a hotel pool in Gananoque. Police say a 14-year-old girl (Kinza Kaianad) died last night at Kingston General Hospital — a day after 43-year-old mother (Naila Yasmin) died. Another daughter, an 11-year-old, was also found unconscious Saturday in the pool and she remains in Kingston General Hospital in serious condition.
Gananoque’s police chief (Kai Liu) says there’s no evidence to suspect foul play.
