Six “high end homes” including four in Belleville and another in Brighton were producing about 10-million dollars worth of marijuana until Project Industrious struck. The latest joint forces drug operation featuring Project Longarm officers dismantled indoor grow operations on Hickory Grove, Chelsea Crescent, University Avenue and Tracey Park Drive in Belleville and Seneca Avenue in Brighton yesterday. OPP Chief Superintendant Ross Bingley says the grow ops were in expensive homes. 37-year old Bingzhi Liu of Oshawa is charged with production and possession for the purpose of trafficking and theft of hydro. An arest warrant has been issued for 39-year old Peng Zeng of Tracey Park Drive.
