Work has begun on what could be a 44-unit luxury condominium development on South Front and Church Streets in Belleville.
Adrian Bax of Bax Vintage Homes says most of them will single-storey bungaloffs, with a main floor master bedroom..
Rent-x Warehousing and Duvanco homes are also partners in the development.
Bax says 12 units are being built in the first phase this spring, with 32 more to come, depending on planning approval.
