If you’re wondering exactly what’s going to be included in a proposed “community health hub” at Trenton Memorial Hospital, you’ll have to wait another few months to find out.
The good news is, a timeline has been established for the TMH Implementation Task Force to put together a business plan.
Chair Marsha Stephen says the goal is to have that done by May 1st and she feels they’re off to a good start.
She says the group was able to set some good benchmarks during its Thursday afternoon meeting at the Trenton VON Headquarters.
Stephen added, those services stretch across a broad spectrum of the healthcare field.
More discussion on what services to include and how to accommodate them, will take place at the next meeting, next Wednesday.
Other areas of focus for the business plan include costing, governance and impact on the community.
The group is also planning on looking at some other similar facilities, in other municipalities, to see how the one in Trenton could compare.
