It is with great sadness to announce Mary Lou passed away at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on March 7, 2025. She was a loving partner to the late Paul Pinsent, who had passed in 2022. Mary Lou was the loving daughter of Pat Mahoney and the late Lorraine Mahoney, who passed in 2016.
She is survived by her children Josh, Andrew and Jesse (Rachel) and she had 6 grandchildren who will miss her deeply. Lovingly remembered by her siblings Jan Carroll, Steve, Teresa Davies (d. Dennis), Denise McDonald (d. Dave 2006), Greg, Julie (Fraser), Mark (Kim), Nicole Blundell, sister in law April and predeceased by her siblings Lynn (2020), Bob (2020) & Aletha (2024) and Geoff (1987).
Mary Lou was a sister in law to Scott & Cathy Beamish, Sharon Churchill, Brian & Janette Pinsent, as well as Janice Pinsent. She will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place and keeping with Mary Lou’s wishes a celebration of life will be held at the Forrest Dennis Senior Citizens Centre on Sunday March 30th 2025 from 12:00-5:00PM. Burial will take place at St. Mary’s cemetery in the spring. If desired, memorial donations to the Campbellford Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
