Scarlett, Grace Lorraine… Passed away on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at the Headwaters Hospital in Orangeville at the age of 93 years. Cherished daughter of the late Will and Gertrude Fry, beloved wife of the late Glenn Scarlett. Dear mother to Barry Scarlett, Angela Scarlett-Smith (Jim) and Darrin Scarlett (Dean). She will be missed by her grandchildren; Jenifer Wolfe(Karsen), April Scarlett (Justin), Christopher Scarlett (Elizabeth), Shannon Rankin (Steve), Jamie Smith (Amy), Amanda Scarlett (Eli), Ashley Scarlett (Mike), and Matthew Scarlett , as well as her 14 great grandchildren.
Lorraine is survived by her brother John Fry (Barb), and predeceased by her siblings; Anne(Howard)Cooney, Bernice(Oscar)Mangold, George(Ruth)Fry, Harry(Fran)Fry, Ruth(Don)McTaggart, Ted(Greta)Fry, Anita(Glenn)Jacques Tom(Lou)Fry.
At Lorraine’s request cremation will be taking place. A time of visitation will be held at the Weaver Family Funeral Home 77 Second Street, Campbellford on Saturday, June 28, 2025 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm with memorial service to follow at 12 noon. A light reception to follow and Interment will be held at Burnbrae Cemetery that afternoon. Donations to the S.P.C.A would be appreciated by the family.
