SMITH, Katherine ‘FAY’ … passed away with family by her side at The Bridge Hospice, Warkworth on Sunday, June 28th, 2026 at the age of years. Devoted wife of Lawrence Douglas Smith. Fay will be forever cherished by her children and grandchildren; Brandon (Colleen) Smith & their children Evan, Lexy, Bree and Cody, Erin (Patrick) Hobbs & their children Aiden and Meegin and Whitney (Wesley) Honey & their children Will and Winter. Fay will be dearly missed by her brother Gary Ballard and his wife Nancy. Cremation will be taking place. A celebration of life will be announced in the coming days. If desired, memorial contributions to The Bridge Hospice, Northumberland 4H or the Diagnostic Imaging Department with the Campbellford Memorial Hospital would be appreciated on behalf of the Smith families.
