Galipeau, Eileen (nee Young)…. passed away at Campbellford Memorial Hospital on March 27, 2025 at the age of 89 years. Beloved wife of John Galipeau. Loving mother to Laurie Mabon, Johanne Galipeau (John Hart) and Sharon Cathmoir (Steven Cathmoir). Cherished grandmother of Camry Mabon, Marcel Mabon, Taylor Smith, Drew Ledger, Cassidy Goudreault (Brandon Goudreault), Lucas Cathmoir and Devon Cathmoir. Great grandmother to Blake Goudreault , Charley Sallans and Ezra Cathmoir. Loving sister to Cecil, Gratton and Don Young. Eileen will be missed by her nieces, nephews, friends and extended family. Eileen is predeceased by her parents Norman and Grace Young and siblings Ken Young, Ross Young and Gracie “Marie” Thompson. Respecting Eileen’s wishes, cremation will take place. A Celebration of Eileen’s Life will be held Sunday April 6th 2025 at the Odd Fellows Lodge 248 Campbellford from 1:00-4:00pm.
