MORRIS, Alexander Phillip
It is with great sadness that we announce that Alexander Phillip Morris in his 76th year passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side. Pre-deceased by his parents Ernest and Willietta (Brennan). He is survived by his wife Sharon (Buelow) of 54 years and their two children Dawn Morris and Derek Morris (Ann Hedger). He will be missed by his 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren especially his granddaughter Star (Trevor Maughan) and great grandson Ryan. He is survived by his sisters Anne Giroux, Mary Jeffrey and pre-deceased by his siblings Jackie, Brian, Billy, Patricia, Eileen and Peter. He will be missed by his in laws and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Burke Funeral Home, 150 Church Street, Belleville on Friday, February 28th, 2025 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be Celebrated at St. Charles Borromeo Roman Catholic Church, 484 Enright Road, Read, on Saturday, March 1st, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow. Reception to be held at the Read Hall immediately following the Mass. Inurnment to take place in Eganville at a later time. It is at the request of the family in lieu of flowers a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society be made.
