Aileen Mary Carr passed away on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital. Aileen Carr of Frankford was in her 93rd year. Daughter of the late Wilfred and Josephine Gallant. Beloved wife of the late David Carr. Loving mother of Joanne (Terry) Stevenson, of Frankford, Glendon Carr (Tracy Sawchuck), of Alberta, Laurie Carr, of Frankford, and Brett Carr (Josi Grundy), of Sauble Beach, Ontario. Cherished grandmother of Savannah and Terry Jr. Stevenson, Brittany and Tiffany Carr, and by her great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Anne, Ivan, Lorne, Julie, and Linda. Predeceased by her siblings, Nelson, Janet, Leonard, Edward, Desmond, Marie, and Ernest. Aileen will be fondly remembered by several nieces, nephews and her extended family. Cremation entrusted to Steele Funeral Home. If desired, Memorial Donations to the Humane Society Hastings Prince Edward would be appreciated by the family.
