The Bay of Quinte, in terms of water quality, fish habitat, and wetlands, is in pretty good shape. Implementation Manager for the Bay of Quinte Remedial Action Plan, Jeff Borisko, says the years of work on the bay by professionals and residents, is paying off. Jeff Borisko also says that the recent blue green algae growth in the bay was an entirely natural event, one that doesn’t reflect badly on water quality in the bay.
