Belleville police have laid charges against a Belleville woman after a report of a disturbance at a business on Dundas Street West.
Police responded to the report on October 2.
It was reported that an unwanted person was threatening staff and members of the public in the parking lot.
Police say that when an employee requested that she leave the property, the female made threats and lunged toward the employee.
As a result of the investigation, a 47-year-old Belleville woman of no fixed address was located, arrested and charged with:
- Fail to comply with probation order
- Assault
- Uttering threats – cause death or bodily harm
She was held for a bail hearing.
