A woodworking business will be moving to Brighton from Quinte West as part of its expansion plans.
Brighton council has approved the sale of a lot in its industrial park to Markham Custom Woodworking.
The firm, now operating on Hamilton Road in Quinte West, purchased the land for $71,400.
It plans to build a 7,200-square-foot shop and expects to up its workforce from a handful to 10-13 people.
