Stanley, Douglas….passed away at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Monday August 31st, 2026 in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of Linda Stanley nee Marshman. Proud father of William (Jan Christie) and Wayne (Kathy Doherty). Sadly missed by his grandchildren; Kathleen, Justin, Morgan, Vincent, Tyson, Evan and his great grandchildren Kaileigh, Colton, Violet-Rose, Maci and Tucker. Doug is survived by his brothers Art, Don, Gerald and his sister Beatrice and is predeceased by brothers Ralph, Edward, Allen, Sam and his sisters Ethel, Vivian, Jean and Greta. At Doug’s request, cremation will take place. If desired, memorial donations to the Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters would be appreciated by the family.
