Members of Peterborough OPP are looking for assistance from the public in locating a pickup truck stolen in Douro-Dummer Township.
On August 27, 2026 at approximately 3:45 p.m., Peterborough County OPP officers received a call regarding a pickup truck being reported as stolen from a residence on Douro Fourth Line in Douro-Dummer Township.
Upon arrival, officers spoke with the complainant who advised that the vehicle was last seen in the driveway at approximately 5 a.m. when a family member left for work and was noticed missing when they returned at 3:30 p.m.
The vehicle is described as a black 2009 GMC Sierra with a red tailgate and Ontario licence plate BL94839.
