A proposed zoning change in Quinte West could pave the way for a new location for a long-standing car dealership.
Property owner Aaron Lange is requesting a rezoning for the northwest corner of County Road 40 and Old Highway 2
It would make for a new location for Lange and Fetter Ford, though actual construction would hinge on connecting to municipal water and sewer.
The current location is near Trenton’s downtown, however, the dealership has had to store vehicles off site, due to the limited space available.
Quinte West Council will host a public meeting on Thursday, September 17 at 6:00 p.m. at council chambers and residents are invited to attend in-person or online.
