Gwynne, John…passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday May 31st, 2026 at the age of 89 years. Loving husband of Joanne Gwynne. Proud father of Stephen (Diane), David (Patty) and the late Mark. He will be sadly missed by his 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Survived by his brothers Gordon and Larry. Fondly remembered by his children’s mother, Margaret Gwynne. John is a Retired Captain with the RCAF & CAF and was a longtime member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #110 and the Air Force Association #113. At his request, cremation will take place and a celebration of his life will be held at John & Joanne’s home, 23 Liberty Cres., Trenton on Tuesday July 7th from 1:00 to 4:00pm. Interment at Mt Evergreen Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
