EIMERS, Theodorus – passed peacefully at Hospice Quinte, on Tuesday, May 19th, 2026. He was the beloved husband of Noreen Eimers (nee Duffy), loving father of Jennifer Scheib (nee Eimers) (husband Roland), and their two children Mikayla and Olivia Scheib. Loving father of Micheal Eimers (wife Megan), and their seven children; Sydney Aid-Eimers, Amanda Aid-Eimers, Anthony Aid-Eimers, Vera Lynn Eimers, Noelle Eimers, Noah Eimers, and Luke Eimers. He was a great-grandfather to Ezra and Lincoln. Dear brother of Wim Eimers (Anna), Hemmy Eimers (Anneka), Truce Eimers and her children; Fatima, Melika, Ronald, Marko, Marisa, and all their children.
Ted was a loving man that enjoyed life with his family. He loved working at Quinte Healthcare-Belleville General Hospital, playing his guitars and singing. Being a carpenter was something Ted was very proud of. He has a sense of humour and always loved a good laugh. Ted was cherished by all of his family, and loved family gatherings. He will be truly missed by his loved ones and will forever be and angel watching over his family.
A private visitation has already taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Belleville Club (Pinnacle Street, Belleville), at a later date, to be announced. Ted’s family would like to thank all the staff at Hospice Quinte, who gave such loving care, and who have been patient and respectful throughout the time Ted spent in their care. If desired, donations in memory of Ted may be made to Hospice Quinte.
