Kingston police are seeking public assistance locating missing person, Franco.
Franco was last seen on May 13 at approximately 1 p.m. in the area of Lyons Street and Elliot Street.
Franco is described as white, 70 years old, 6 feet tall, 175lbs with long grey hair and a grey beard. He was last seen wearing dark jeans, a dark jacket, tan shoes and a dark backpack. Franco is known to frequent bus stops.
